ALBERTO N. MORIS

ALBERTO N. MORIS, of counsel to the firm, practices in the areas of corporate and commercial transactions, in addition to commercial litigation. Mr. Moris also practices in South Florida where he represents various commercial entities as diverse as airlines, air cargo companies, real estate development companies, property management companies, construction companies and contractors. In addition to Latin American clients with business interests in the U.S., Mr. Moris services our firm's clients in Puerto Rico and our firm's corporate clients in the U.S.

Mr. Moris graduated from the University of Miami in 1987 and from Emory University School of Law in 1990. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Courts for the District of Connecticut and the Southern District of Florida, in addition to the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit.
Mr. Moris has been an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern School of Law since 2007 where he teaches a course every year on International Commercial Transactions.

He is multilingual in Spanish and French.
