DAVID J. RUCCI DAVID J. RUCCI is a partner of the firm who practices out of the New Canaan office. His practice includes residential and commercial real estate, land use and zoning, business transactions, probate, and not-for-profit law. Mr. Rucci frequently appears before local Planning and Zoning Commissions, Zoning Boards of Appeals, Environmental, Inland Wetlands Commissions and numerous other municipal agencies. His practice also encompasses Appellate work in zoning matters and representation of minors in Probate Court hearings. Mr. Rucci graduated from Ohio Weslyan University with a B.A. in history and philosophy. He received his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac College School of Law in 1997. Mr. Rucci is admitted to practice in
Connecticut. He is a member of Connecticut and Stamford/Norwalk
Regional Bars and serves as Vice President of the New Canaan
Bar Association. Mr. Rucci is a Board member of Getabout,
an organization dedicated to providing transportation to the
elderly and disadvantaged in New Canaan. Mr. Rucci is a former
Secretary of the New Canaan Rotary Club and currently is a
Board member and serves as the Co-chairman of the Allocations
Committee. He is also a Director of the New Canaan Cemetery
