JOSEPH J. RUCCI, Jr.
JOSEPH J. RUCCI, Jr. is founder and managing partner of the
firm. He practices in the areas of business law, banking,
land use, and not-for-profit organizations. He is admitted
to practice before the Connecticut Bar, the United States
District Court for Connecticut and the United States Supreme
Court.
A Juris Doctorate graduate of the
Villanova University School of Law in 1966, Mr. Rucci graduated
from Fairfield University in 1963. Prior to entering the practice
of law, he served as an agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Mr. Rucci has been
instrumental in the development of or reorganization of entrepreneurial
businesses, including banks, private schools and charitable
organizations. He has served as a founder and organizer of several community banks.
Mr. Rucci has been
recognized by The Martindale Hubbell Bar
Register of Preeminent LawyersTM and the National Directory
of Who's Who on Executives and ProfessionalsTM.
He is active in a number of not-for-profit
organizations and serves as a director of the AmeriCares Foundation,
Inc. and the Pear Tree Point School Foundation, Inc.
