PAUL H. BURNHAM is the partner in charge of the firm's trusts
and estates, estate planning and taxation areas of practice.
Mr. Burnham received his undergraduate degree in mathematics
from Yale University. He received law degrees from the University
of Connecticut School of Law and from New York University School
of Law (LLM in taxation).
Mr. Burnham is a former chairperson of the Estate and Trusts
section of the Regional Bar and is currently active in the Connecticut
Bar Association's Estates and Probate section. He is a past
member of the Connecticut Bar Association's Committee of Professional
Liability.
Mr. Burnham is the former Chairman of the Council on Ethics
of the Town of Wilton. He also serves his hometown as a member
of the Wilton Employees Pension Investment Advisory Committee and as a member of the Charter Revision Committee.
From 1993 to 2001 he was a member of the Board of Finance of
the Town of Wilton. He has served as General Counsel of the Wilton Congregational Church since 2006. He is a member of the Wilton Democratic Town Committee and chairs its Nominating Committee. He has served as a member of the Board of several
other community organizations in past years, including the Wilton
Rotary Club, where he has maintained perfect attendance since
1993.
