Trusts and Estates Attorney:

We are currently looking for an attorney with 1-4 years experience working in the trusts and estates area, including drafting of wills, trusts, etc., familiarity with Connecticut probate court procedures and the preparation of documents required by such courts, preparation of income tax returns for trusts, estates and individuals, preparation of estate and gift tax returns, preparation of tax returns for charitable entities, familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid laws and procedures helpful.
